So after many hours of trying solutions, these what I found out, that might help fix the problem: If you have several kitchens, the staff canteen must be next to the main kitchen (main kitchen is the one where the most cooks are) Cooks usually clean trays after prisoners had breakfast/lunch/dinner, this applies to staff trays as well. Prisoner C (Max Sec) goes to the canteen at 10am. , for each kind of area in the prison (I used canteen only as an example to explain better what I am looking for)Deliveries to the left side stop when you build fridges on the right hand side.
